Recently, Brightway officially delivered a 500GPM HDD mud recycling system to Singapore customers.

This set of HDD mud recycling system is used in the customer's underground sewage pipe network project. The construction area needs trenchless directional crossing. The mud produced by construction cannot be directly transported out, and needs to be reduced through the mud recycling system. Brightway has designed and customized this mud recycling system for customers according to these working conditions and the processing capacity of on-site HDD trenchless directional drilling rig and mud pump. The system has a set processing capacity of 120 cubic meters per hour (500GPM), and is equipped with an integrated desander desilter, dual deck shale shakers, a mud mixing system, and supply pumps. It can meet the user's on-site mud treatment needs at one time, reduce the investment of other equipment and save the construction cost. Brightway has cooperated with this customer for many times. This cooperation also reflects the customer's recognition and trust for the mud treatment scheme and system of Brightway in the field of trenchless directional drilling.

At present, in the field of trenchless directional drilling mud treatment, Brightway can design and customize HDD mud recycling systems suitable for different specifications of HDD directional drilling machines and mud pumps according to specific working conditions. Including: 200GPM (45m3/h), 250GPM (60m3/h), 350GPM (80m3/h), 400GPM (90m3/h), 500GPM (120m3/h), 1000GPM (240m3/h), 1500GPM (360m3/h), etc.
